Singtel has launched its 5G+ service, becoming the first telecom operator globally to extend comprehensive 5G network slicing capabilities from enterprises to the consumer market. This rollout automatically upgrades all existing 5G users to Singtel 5G+, utilizing the low-band 700 MHz spectrum. Customers can further enhance their plans for improved speed and experience. As of May 2025, over 1.5 million Singtel customers with eligible plans have been upgraded to 5G+ Priority, unlocking up to four times faster speeds, ultra-low latency, and guaranteed network access, even in high-traffic areas like stadiums, MRT stations, and central business districts.
