iShine Cloud Limited: A Purpose-Built Tech Platform for Charities
iShine Cloud Limited, a registered charity founded by Singapore Pools, has partnered with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) to launch DMS Lite—a free, cloud-based Donor Management System that automates and accelerates donation record submissions for Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs).
As of October 2023, 469 IPCs have adopted DMS Lite, which cuts administrative time in half and replaces older offline systems such as ipcLink. Designed to reduce paperwork and ensure compliance, the system integrates directly with IRAS’ Donation Submission API (DON-API), enabling charities to automate the tax-deduction submission process.
Backed by Singapore Pools, iShine Cloud Limited was established to support other charities through secure, cloud-based IT solutions tailored for the sector. Recognised as an IPC, iShine Cloud’s mission is to enhance governance, efficiency and productivity in the charity ecosystem, regardless of an organisation’s size or sector.
