MYCLOUD LLC has the outlines of a real Uzbek cloud operator: named services, local prices, a public contract, a live autonomous system and a support address in Tashkent. What its public record does not yet offer is the same thing as operating assurance. That distinction matters when the product is a place to run servers, store company files or retain security video.
