A Saudi buyer choosing where to host a modest but important system is not buying an abstract cloud label. The choice is whether local residency, Arabic and local-hours support, simpler billing, reachable infrastructure and compliance comfort are worth giving up some of the breadth, automation and platform maturity of hyperscale cloud.
