Summary

  • LACNIC recorded one 8,192-address /19 moving from Scarlet B.V. to Worldstream Latam BV in 2017. Six transfers from the Worldstream-labelled space in 2026 moved 4,608 addresses, or 56.25% of that original block.
  • Nine current RDAP intervals partition the original /19 exactly. Three still display WORLDSTREAM LATAM B.V; the other six carry six recipient labels, including one /24 that moved from LACNIC to ARIN.

An address block can look whole in a historic transfer log long after the current register has taken scissors to it. LACNIC’s cumulative transfer file records 190.2.160.0/19 moving from Scarlet B.V. to Worldstream Latam BV on 21 September 2017. That was 8,192 IPv4 addresses in one row. The present RDAP map takes nine rows to describe the same span.

Six 2026 resource-transfer rows explain the sharpest cuts. A /22 at .184.0 went to MASTER DA WEB DATACENTER LTDA on 27 April. The two far-edge /24s went to Laravel Holdings, Inc. on 26 May and DIGY NETWORKS on 21 July. Then .172.0/22 went to Digicel Suriname NV on 8 September, .176.0/22 to Satel NV on 22 September, and .180.0/22 to Aquatel N.V. on 22 October. The Laravel row is the one LACNIC-to-ARIN move; the other five stay within LACNIC’s registry region.

The four /22s from .172.0 through .187.255 sit next to one another, each with a different receiving name. Together they hold 4,096 addresses, but their continuous range crosses a CIDR /20 boundary. Calling them one /20 would tidy the story by breaking the address math. The two /24s add 512. All six transfers therefore account for 4,608 addresses, 56.25% of the 2017 /19.

Current LACNIC RDAP answers for the first retained interval, second, and third display WORLDSTREAM LATAM B.V across 3,584 addresses. The first two are adjacent; the third sits beyond the four /22 transfers. The Digicel, Satel, Aquatel, Master da Web, Laravel, and DIGY intervals fill the rest without a gap. The nine RDAP intervals sum to 8,192 addresses. The registry describes registration; contracts and routing history would establish price or operational use.
