Four APNIC /24 transfers leave alternating source and recipient registrations inside two /22 blocks.

APNIC’s 31 October transfer file records five IPv4 rows dated 19 October from Aquoz Solutions Inc to MOOTECH PTE LTD. TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE): four /24s and a separate /23, totalling 1,536 addresses.
The four transferred /24s sit inside two /22s. Eight current APNIC RDAP records show transferred and retained /24s alternating across each /22, with the sequence reversed between the two blocks.

The transfer file looks like five ordinary rows. Draw the addresses in order and it becomes a checkerboard. APNIC recorded four /24 transfers from Aquoz Solutions Inc to MOOTECH PTE LTD. TAIWAN BRANCH (SINGAPORE) on 19 October 2026. In two larger /22 blocks, every other 256-address tile moved; its neighbours still display Aquoz in the current registry.

The 31 October APNIC legacy file names 103.196.129.0/24, 103.196.131.0/24, 36.255.244.0/24 and 36.255.246.0/24. It also lists a separate 103.42.138.0/23. Four /24s hold 1,024 addresses; the /23 adds 512. All five rows share the same source, recipient, date and APNIC-to-APNIC registry direction. The combined transfer size is 1,536 addresses.

The first strip is 103.196.128.0/22. Current RDAP names .128 for Aquoz, .129 for Mootech, .130 for Aquoz and .131 for Mootech. The second strip, 36.255.244.0/22, flips the colours: .244 Mootech, .245 Aquoz, .246 Mootech, .247 Aquoz. Each answer covers exactly one /24. No address is missing from either four-tile strip.

Those two /22s contain 2,048 addresses. Exactly half sit in the four transferred /24s; the other half still have Aquoz-labelled RDAP registrations. APNIC’s official MD5 sidecar matches the source file used for the dated rows. The file and RDAP together show which tiles changed registration. Contracts and route history would establish price and operational use.
