The Société Nationale de Développement Informatique (SNDI) has completed a targeted training session for 15 “digital ambassadors,” selected from various government institutions. Held at its training centre in Abidjan, the programme focused on foundational computer skills and practical use of digital tools in administrative tasks. By equipping these participants with essential IT knowledge, SNDI aims to create internal champions who can foster digital literacy among their peers.

These ambassadors are expected to transfer their skills within their respective departments, helping to accelerate digital transformation across the civil service. According to SNDI, the training was designed in response to the ongoing challenges civil servants face in using IT tools effectively. The initiative is part of SNDI’s mission to bridge digital skill gaps and reinforce the use of government digital platforms for improved public service delivery.
