Summary

  • RIPE NCC’s 2 November incoming IPv4 table has seven ARIN-origin rows, five recipients and 38,400 addresses.
  • Three nonadjacent prefixes totaling 11,264 addresses go to Salesforce, Inc. with recipient country code US; exact RIPE RDAP records now cover all seven ranges.

A registry boundary and a country code went in different directions on 2 November. RIPE NCC’s incoming IPv4 ledger has seven rows for that date, all with from_rir=ARIN. They cover 38,400 addresses in seven nonoverlapping prefixes. Five recipient names appear. Three of the seven lines name Salesforce, Inc., and mark its legal-registration country US. Those lines belong to the RIPE NCC inward table all the same.

Salesforce’s pieces are 140.184.28.0/22 (1,024 addresses), 140.184.8.0/21 (2,048) and 140.184.96.0/19 (8,192): 11,264 in total. The other recipients are GIGAGROUP Sp. z o.o. in Poland with 153.52.128.0/19 (8,192), M247 Europe SRL in Romania with 187.78.192.0/18 (16,384), Zero Services GmbH in Germany with 208.90.252.0/23 (512), and NexGen Cloud Ltd in the United Kingdom with 64.254.88.0/21 (2,048). Every row is marked POLICY and PERMANENT. None identifies the ARIN-side source organisation.

The current RDAP answers match the seven transferred ranges exactly. Salesforce’s three records share the name US-SALESF-19900516 and show 2 November registration events one second apart at 14:29:41 and 14:29:42 UTC. The other four exact-prefix records also have 2 November registration events. RIPE’s own field definitions say the destination country code reports where the receiving organisation was legally registered when the transfer was processed. It is not a map of where the addresses are routed. The next ARIN transfer export and routing history would establish source-side holders and subsequent operational use.
