The RIPE NCC transfer ledger acquired a heavyweight on 2 November. 159.200.128.0/18 left Invest Mobile LLC for Cloud.ru as a complete block, marked POLICY and PERMANENT. The /18 holds 16,384 addresses. RIPE RDAP now names the same recipient and timestamps its registration at 13:32:41 UTC that day. It is a new entry, not a new interpretation of the two-day /21 split already on the ledger.

The earlier Cloud.ru transfer was 129.101.88.0/22 on 29 October, 1,024 addresses. Its RDAP object carries the 29 October registration event. Add that /22 to the new /18 and Cloud.ru's exact-name total reaches 17,408. The new block alone is sixteen times the earlier one. The next recipient in the same-source tally, T2 Mobile LLC, has 5,120 addresses across three rows. Cloud.ru is now more than three times ahead on the file's address count.

Across 2026, RIPE lists 20 Invest Mobile source rows to 12 distinct exact recipient names. Their transferred prefixes do not overlap and sum to 47,616 addresses; Cloud.ru holds 36.6% of that recorded outgoing volume. All 20 rows are RU-to-RU, POLICY, PERMANENT. RIPE's file gives no sale price or remaining inventory for Invest Mobile.
