Summary

  • LACNIC records two 16 October transfers from Olo del Peru S.A.C to America Movil Peru S.A.C., totaling 17,408 IPv4 addresses.
  • RIPE NCC’s 2 November RIS snapshot sees the /22 at 320 of 322 IPv4 peers and the /18 at zero; the larger block last appeared under the recipient’s ASN in August.

The ledger moved both blocks on one date. The Internet did not give them the same route. LACNIC’s cumulative transfer file lists 181.233.192.0/18 and 190.114.248.0/22 leaving Olo del Peru S.A.C for America Movil Peru S.A.C. on 16 October. The /18 contains 16,384 addresses; the /22 contains 1,024.

Both current LACNIC RDAP records, for the /18 and the /22, name America Movil Peru S.A.C. as registrant. The former was last changed on 23 October, the latter on 16 October. LACNIC’s AS12252 record assigns that ASN to the same recipient. Those are registry facts.

RIPE NCC’s RIS record for the /18 shows zero of 322 IPv4 peers seeing it at the 2 November 16:00 UTC snapshot, with no more specifics in that view. Its last observed origin was AS12252 on 8 August, 69 days before the transfer date. The RIS record for the /22 sees it at 320 of 322 peers under AS12252, plus two more-specific /24s. One holder, two transferred ranges, sharply different current visibility. The records give no operating plan for the larger block; a network plan or later BGP observation would establish its next use.
