Summary

  • Three 29 September transfers gave Nimbus Limited. the lower /21 of each of three /20 address intervals: 6,144 IPv4 addresses.
  • Between 7 and 14 October, the matching upper /21s went to Connext LLC, TA Consulting & Services UG and Netwise Hosting Ltd; two crossed to RIPE NCC.

The ledger does the cutting with unusual neatness. On 29 September 2026 at 19:55:44 UTC, three rows in ARIN’s transfer export move 45.61.32.0/21, 104.237.80.0/21 and 192.200.16.0/21 from the source labelled DOJ-USMS to Nimbus Limited. Each is the lower half of a separate /20. Nimbus received 2,048 addresses per row, or 6,144 in these three rows.

Then the other halves went their own ways. On 7 October, 192.200.24.0/21 went to Connext LLC inside ARIN. On 12 October, 45.61.40.0/21 went to TA Consulting & Services UG in RIPE NCC. On 14 October, 104.237.88.0/21 went to Netwise Hosting Ltd, also in RIPE NCC. Six /21s therefore cover three whole /20 address intervals, 12,288 addresses, without an unaccounted gap in those intervals. The dated rows say who received each registered slice; they provide no contract or price.

The export’s original_set deserves a close reading. Nimbus’s three rows point back to the full /20 intervals. Connext’s upper-half row also names its full /20. But the TA and Netwise upper-half rows list only their /21s as original_set. That field is not a uniform description of all six transactions. Current exact-prefix RDAP gives the same six-way partition: three lower parent /21 records under Nimbus, the three upper parents under Connext, TA and Netwise. Contracts and routing history would establish consideration and operational use.
