Anthropic has reached an agreement to use the full computing capacity of SpaceX's Colossus 1 data centre in Memphis, Tennessee, gaining more than 300MW of capacity backed by 220,000 Nvidia processors. The deal will lift rate limits for Claude Code across paid plans and remove peak-hour restrictions for Pro and Max subscribers. The contracting entity is listed as SpaceXAI, the brand launched after SpaceX absorbed xAI in February.
