According to xAI’s Grok’s official website, Grok is an AI modeled after the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, so intended to answer almost anything and, far harder, even suggest what questions to ask. The startup said one of the most notable improvements in the new version is its performance in coding and math-related tasks. xAI unveiled Grok as its flagship product in early November. Musk has said the world needed an alternative AI option to Google and Microsoft, a major investor in OpenAI. On Tuesday, Musk announced that Grok is fully open to premium subscribers of the X.
