Summary

  • Eight ARIN transfer rows from Synergy Networks partition 65.87.208.0/20 into eight complete, nonoverlapping /23s and eight recipients.
  • The final /23 went to Viola Communications Inc on 29 October, 259 days after the first; RIPE NCC independently lists two of the eight blocks as arrivals.

An address block can vanish from one holder 512 addresses at a time. ARIN’s 2 November transfer file records the last piece of Synergy Networks’ 65.87.208.0/20 moving to Viola Communications Inc on 29 October. The full strip runs from 65.87.208.0 to 65.87.223.255: 4,096 IPv4 addresses. Eight logged /23 transfers fill it exactly, without an unsold gap or a repeated address.

The first slice, 65.87.222.0/23, went to Josha Prior trading as Netralex on 12 February. Five days later SparWorks LLC took 65.87.208.0/23; Region 10 League for Economic Assistance and Planning, Inc. received the next /23 on 20 February. La Maison Simons followed in March, FunFirst s.r.o. in July, MICHIGAN FIRST CREDIT UNION in September and Tower Research Capital LLC on 8 October. Viola’s 65.87.212.0/23 closed the strip 259 calendar days after the first transfer. The recipients are eight different names; address adjacency supplies no common operator.

Two slices changed registry jurisdiction as well as holder. ARIN marks the Netralex and FunFirst rows as transfers to RIPE NCC. RIPE NCC’s incoming IPv4 table lists the same /23s, recipients and dates, with recipient country codes NL and CZ. Together they contain 1,024 addresses, exactly one quarter of the old /20. The other six rows remain under ARIN.

Current exact-prefix RDAP records, including Viola’s /23, FunFirst’s /23 and Netralex’s /23, preserve those boundaries as active registration objects. The transaction logs give the sequence; the RDAP objects give the current map. Contract prices are absent from the public files. A later transfer of one of these exact /23s would redraw that map.
