All eight bear the identical timestamp, 15 October 2026 at 18:15:20 UTC. Each contains 256 addresses, giving the district 2,048 addresses in the recorded transfer.

The blocks are 192.81.141.0/24, 192.104.237.0/24, 192.30.96.0/24, 192.40.43.0/24, 192.40.143.0/24, 192.40.246.0/24, 192.58.208.0/24 and 192.58.209.0/24. The last pair touch and could fit inside one /23; the other six stand apart. Eight registry objects therefore occupy seven contiguous spans. This is a parcel sale in the registry sense, with no single continuous 2,048-address block to point to.
