The first two are consecutive January records: Fibre Stream PTY Ltd to The Ribeiro Group on the 8th, South African Digital Villages (Pty) Ltd to SADV (Pty) Ltd on the 9th. February brings Africa Online Operations (Mauritius) Limited to Africa Online (Africa) (Pty) Ltd; June brings Global Internet Company to Hormuud Telecom Somalia INC. The last is Fliber (Pty) Ltd to Level 7 Wireless (Pty) Ltd on 24 September. There is no October-dated row in the 2 November snapshot.

Every one of those five entries says MERGER_ACQUISITION. Together they carry 14 IPv4 ranges, 56,576 addresses; three rows also include four IPv6 ranges, and four rows include one ASN each. They are resource-log rows, not a count of signed corporate agreements. The file gives no consideration or shared deal identifier.
