Flotek Group has acquired Clear Telecom, an Essex-based IT, communications and connectivity provider, for an undisclosed sum. Clear Telecom serves small and medium-sized businesses across Essex and London with IT support, hosted VoIP, SIP trunks, Microsoft Teams telephony, mobile, broadband and leased lines. Flotek said customers would also be able to use its managed IT, Microsoft cloud, and cyber-security services.

Clear Telecom will continue operating from its Essex base, and its employees will join Flotek Group. Co-owners Barbara and John Malone will assist with the phased integration. Existing services will continue without immediate changes, and customers will be informed of any later operational or branding changes. The deal is Flotek’s 16th acquisition since the group was founded in 2022.
