Summary

  • Conference-only registration for APRICOT 2027 is USD 300 for both APNIC/APNOG members and other delegates when registration and payment are completed by 15 November 2026.
  • From 16 November through 6 February, members pay USD 350 and others USD 500. From 7 February, those prices become USD 490 and USD 700.

The first person through APRICOT's registration gate pays the same as the last, provided both make the 15 November early-bird cutoff. After that, the gate grows a membership scanner.

APNIC's 2 November announcement sets conference-only early registration at USD 300 for everyone. The official registration tables require both registration and payment by 15 November 2026. From 16 November to 6 February, APNIC and APNOG members pay USD 350; the standard ticket is USD 500. From 7 February, the two prices are USD 490 and USD 700. The member advantage is therefore USD 0, then USD 150, then USD 210 across the three windows.

The arithmetic is less flattering to someone who misses the first deadline. The member's conference price rises by USD 50 on 16 November; the standard price rises by USD 200. APNIC describes its member conference discount as 30% against the standard price, a concession it says began with APRICOT 2026. During the early-bird period that concession has no separate ticket price: the public receives the same USD 300 offer.

Training has its own version of the gate. A MasterClass or APNIC Academy training place costs USD 300 for either group through 15 November. The middle window keeps members at USD 300 and takes other delegates to USD 400; the last-minute window is USD 350 versus USD 500. The classes close registration on 12 February 2027 or when full, whichever comes first. The fee clock cannot guarantee a classroom seat.

The summit runs from 24 February to 4 March in Hong Kong SAR; the conference itself is 1–3 March. The APNIC Annual General Meeting on 4 March has free registration, according to the event terms. A free governance meeting and a paid conference sit in the same summit calendar, with different doors and different costs.

That makes 15 November a real editorial date, not a decorative marketing deadline. Before it, a non-member can buy conference access for less than a member will pay one day later. After it, membership shields part of the increase. APNIC has published the price mechanism clearly enough for delegates to make that decision now.
