The dated mast counts come from the March 2026 Telecoms.com report and are bounded to that reporting window. The government later reported a larger national total, so 119 must not be presented as a current ceiling.
The 81% figure concerns coverage from all operators; the 95% figure concerns combined reach. O2's separate 95% claim includes its satellite product. None of these percentages is interchangeable.
Company announcements establish launch and trial intentions, not independently measured capacity, availability on every handset or long-term service economics. Those limits remain explicit.
