A role object called "Tideo Administration" — RIPE handle TA8097-RIPE — sits at the center of this case. Created on 28 July 2021 with the address Tingvejen 30G, 6500 Vojens, Denmark, and an address at the tideo.dk domain, it is listed as both admin-c and tech-c on aut-num AS210972 (TIDEO-AS), registered to the organisation ORG-TA1587-RIPE, Tideo ApS, with Danish company registration number 38351222, according to third-party mirrors of the RIPE Database record. Notably, the role object itself carries no abuse-mailbox attribute: RIPE's own documentation requires the abuse contact to live in a role object referenced by the organisation's abuse-c, which here is a separate object, ACRO42495-RIPE.

The company behind the registry entries is verifiable in Danish corporate records. Proff.dk lists Tideo ApS, CVR 38351222, at Tingvejen 30, 6500 Vojens, as part of Connect365 ApS and directed by Kevin Vincent Als; companydata.dk identifies the same CVR as Connect365 ApS with Tideo ApS, PlugHost ApS and edbfyn ApS as secondary names, owned and directed by Kevin Vincent Als. The operator's own website marketed Danish VPS and dedicated-server hosting from data centres in Vojens (tideo.dk).

That business is over. A closure notice on the operator's site states that Tideo ApS would end all hosting services as of 1 April 2025, while its parent Connect365 ApS would continue; the message is signed personally by "Kevin Als" (tideo.connect365.dk). Registry records, however, outlived the announcement. AS210972 was allocated on 30 July 2021 under the sponsoring LIR WNB A/S (ORG-WA448-RIPE), and both TIDEODK-MNT and the sponsor's maintainer remain on the object, per mirrors of the whois record.

Operationally the ASN is dormant. Hurricane Electric's report states AS210972 "has not been visible in the global routing table since April 16, 2026," with a single IPv6 prefix (2a03:302:ffff::/48) and one observed peer, GlobalConnect A/S (AS31027) (bgp.he.net). RIPEstat, the registry's own statistics service, reports the ASN does not originate prefixes visible in RIS and is not seen transiting (stat.ripe.net). bgp.tools, by contrast, still labels the network "Active" (bgp.tools) — a mismatch between aggregator labels and observed routing reality that this briefing treats as a reporting artifact, not a registry fact.

What the record establishes: a named company (Tideo ApS, via Connect365 ApS) and a named individual (Kevin Vincent Als) are identifiable behind the opaque-sounding role handle "Tideo Administration," because the registry email and the signed closure notice converge on the same person. What it does not establish: whether TA8097-RIPE is updated, who currently monitors the abuse mailbox held by ACRO42495-RIPE, or whether the dormant prefix could be re-announced.
