Portus, backed by Arcus Infrastructure Partners, is actively expanding its portfolio across Munich, Hamburg, and Luxembourg. In Munich, the MUC2 site in Kirchheim is undergoing a substantial upgrade, adding 5.5 MW of IT capacity—raising total capacity to 7 MW by early 2027. At the Hamburg site, construction is underway on a new facility with up to 12.8 MW of IT capacity, reinforcing Portus’ footprint in one of Germany’s foremost data centre regions. With strong customer demand and new capacities underway, Portus is actively pursuing further buy-and-build opportunities across Germany and nearby markets. Chairman Adriaan Oosthoek praises the arrival of Weinreich, stating that his leadership comes at a “real inflection point” for the business.
