- Track origin, upstream, DNS, RPKI, registry and abuse contacts as one dependency surface.

Concentration can make a hosting operation efficient, but it also couples websites and workloads to the same routing and administrative failure. Registry or route observations do not establish how many customers are active. The next useful evidence is a controlled failover test showing that names, data and certificates can be restored through an independent path. Resilience begins when recovery survives the failure being measured.
