Summary

  • APNIC’s 4 November extended file records apnic|IN|asn|155080|3|20261103|allocated|A918EDB2: one row covers AS155080, AS155081 and AS155082 under one opaque holder code.
  • Three exact APNIC RDAP objects carry separate IRINN- names and descriptions for DIGIPATH COMMUNICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, HOSTYMATE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and Liveye Private Limited.

The previous daily file left these three numbers inside an available ASN span. The 4 November file cuts out a single line starting at 155080 with value 3, dated 3 November and country code IN. APNIC’s format guide defines that value as an ASN count. The neat row is good at counting: three numbers, one statistical holder identifier, no room for the names behind the individual registration cards.

RDAP supplies those names. AS155080 is IRINN-DCPLIND-AS-IN, described as DIGIPATH COMMUNICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and registered at 06:02:24 UTC on 3 November. AS155081 is IRINN-INDQDQPAS-IN, described as HOSTYMATE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and registered at 06:51:22. AS155082 is IRINN-LIVEYE-AS-IN, described as Liveye Private Limited and registered at 09:57:21. The first and last cards are 3 hours 54 minutes 57 seconds apart. One compact statistics row has three separate detailed records.

APNIC’s own NIR page identifies IRINN as India’s National Internet Registry and says NIRs perform number-resource delegations and registrations. Its README says the opaque ID identifies a resource holder within the statistics series. The public row does not resolve the legal identity behind A918EDB2; the three RDAP descriptions identify the named networks at the detail layer. Treating the single opaque code as a count of operating companies would crush that distinction into one misleading total.
