Summary

  • APNIC's 3 November extended file put five resource rows under A91D9611 and three under A91A09DE. In the 4 November file, all eight carried A916D17C, which already had two rows.
  • The eight comprise four IPv4 rows holding 1,280 addresses, two IPv6 prefixes and two ASNs. Their delegation dates, ranging from 2011 to 2018, did not move. Current exact RDAP names Australian Client Services Pty Ltd as registrant.

APNIC's ledger can change a network's present tense without touching its past tense. On 3 November, five Australian-coded rows sat under one holder identifier and three under another. The next daily original placed all eight under A916D17C. That identifier was already in the file on two other rows. It went from two to ten, while the former two identifiers disappeared from these eight.

The IPv4 portion is concrete: 103.4.122.0/23, 103.50.12.0/24, 103.50.13.0/24 and 103.114.34.0/24 account for 1,280 addresses. The other four records are 2401:3a40::/32, 2001:df4:5600::/48, AS131316 and AS133960. APNIC retained each row's original delegation date and status. An ASN first dated in 2011 remains dated 2011, even as its holder code changes in the 4 November snapshot.

Exact APNIC RDAP now puts the named registrant, Australian Client Services Pty Ltd, on those resources. The ASN records show fresh registration events on 3 November 2026. Two clocks are visible on the same public record: the original delegation and the new registration. APNIC's transfer log was produced at 18:00 UTC that day and has no new entry naming the company. A dated account or transaction record would identify which administrative action changed the holder mapping.
