The technology enables multiple systems to operate at once

DFI’s latest application is fuelled by Intel processors and boasts AI capabilities at the edge of the current EV market. According to Alexander Su, president of DFI, the system utilises virtual machine virtualisation technology to establish a workload consolidation platform capable of running multiple operating systems simultaneously for EV charging.

Consequently, it enables a single device to perform various functions concurrently, including a charging controller, digital advertising, an interactive kiosk, and payment transactions. This maximises functionality and energy efficiency while streamlining operations and reducing costs.

The new application responds to a surge in EV usage

The company asserts that the new application is tailored to meet the growing demand for EVs and address the need for EV charging infrastructure. “We’re proud to offer solutions enhancing user experiences and prompting sustainability in the AIOT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) era,” said Su.
