The result is a narrow infrastructure profile, not a biography and not a generic technology story.

TiZu Tech is small enough to be easy to miss and specific enough to be worth tracking. RIPEstat identifies AS210882 as Tim Zuidema trading as TiZu, and its routing-status data shows a compact footprint: one visible IPv4 route, 213.132.221.0/24, and one visible IPv6 route, 2001:678:e20::/48. That makes the article less about scale than about signal quality. A change in either route, or in the upstream names around the AS, would be visible quickly in public routing data.

The stronger relationship is with CJ2 Hosting B.V. RIPEstat routing-consistency data lists AS39704, the CJ2 Hosting AS, in both BGP and Whois visibility for AS210882 in the May 2026 snapshot. That does not prove commercial terms, but it does establish a practical dependency signal: TiZu's public routing posture should be read alongside CJ2's network path, registry presentation and route stability.

A second name, 2Hip Consultancy B.V., is weaker. RIPEstat shows AS44439 in Whois visibility but not in the observed BGP side of the same snapshot, so it belongs in the watchlist rather than the main relationship claim. Why this matters is simple: TiZu is a small operator identity where one routing change can alter the whole observable footprint, making proportion and source discipline more important than dramatic language.
