Summary
- RIPE records connect the 77.245.208.0/20 allocation, its route object and AS39264 to the same organisation record for Region Svyaz Konsalt LLC.
- The public service surface at rccnet.ru is branded Metromax, so a buyer still needs evidence linking the contracting entity, service brand, network operator, support desk and remedies.
One prefix, one registry chain
Start with 77.245.208.0/20. A RIPE Database query returns an inetnum object for 77.245.208.0 through 77.245.223.255. It labels the block ALLOCATED PA, uses the netname RU-RSK-20070504 and references organisation ORG-SKL7-RIPE. The same query returns a route object for 77.245.208.0/20 with origin AS39264.
The AS39264 aut-num object uses the name METROMAX-AS and also references ORG-SKL7-RIPE. The organisation object names “Region Svyaz Konsalt” LLC, records country RU and classifies the organisation as an LIR. RIPE’s member page independently presents the company name and a Samara address.
This is useful evidence. The allocation, route and autonomous-system records do not point to three unrelated organisations; they can be reconciled through one public registry identifier. A due-diligence team can preserve that chain, its observation date and the exact objects it reviewed.
A route object is not a service measurement
The chain remains narrower than it first appears. A route object records routing intent in the RIPE Database. It is not a measurement of what every observer currently receives, which upstreams carry the route, how traffic reaches a particular access customer or whether two apparent paths share one physical dependency.
Nothing in the reviewed registry objects establishes latency, availability, congestion, restoration time or support performance. They also do not show that all services use the same address block or autonomous system. Treating an internally consistent registry join as an SLA would turn identity evidence into an operational claim it was never designed to support.
The public brand adds a second reconciliation
The operator-maintained rccnet.ru landing page presents “Metromax” as the customer-facing name. It selects Samara and claims broadband internet access, video surveillance, television, IP telephony and cloud services. Those are the site operator’s claims. The reviewed page does not explain the legal or contractual relationship between the Metromax brand and Region Svyaz Konsalt LLC.
That gap is not evidence of misconduct or instability. Brands, legal entities and network identifiers often differ for ordinary commercial reasons. But each name can control a different part of the customer outcome. A legal entity may sign the contract, a brand may own the sales promise, a network team may operate AS39264, and another desk may receive incidents. If those joins are left implicit, escalation can fail precisely when a customer needs a remedy.
Turn the public join into an acceptance record
A procurement file should begin with the facts already visible: the contracting name, the Metromax-branded offer, ORG-SKL7-RIPE, AS39264 and the relevant prefix. It should then add evidence the public sources do not provide. Which entity invoices the service? Which network and access components are in scope? Which NOC detects an incident? Which support channel owns restoration, and which entity owes credits or termination rights if the service misses its commitment?
The same file should distinguish database objects from live tests. Record route visibility from the customer’s actual locations, the upstream and last-mile dependencies disclosed for the service, the tested escalation path and the timestamp of every check. A clean registry join then becomes a reliable starting point rather than an oversized conclusion.
