What happened: ICANN proposes new code of conduct for community participation

ICANN has released a draft of the ICANN Community Participant Code of Conduct, which addresses the need for clear and transparent disclosures in the multistakeholder model. The draft outlines expectations for participants to fully disclose their interests, ensuring that all perspectives are transparently represented during community discussions. ICANN is currently soliciting input from the community on the draft code and the accompanying Enforcement Guidance.
