Summary

A transfer can change the deed without replacing every card in the drawer. RIPE's 3 November ledger lists 83.146.128.0/19 (8,192 addresses), 84.240.112.0/20 (4,096) and 193.177.188.0/22 (1,024) moving from Napapiirin Kuituverkot Oy to Elisa Oyj. All three are Finnish POLICY and PERMANENT entries. Their exact parent inetnum objects identify Elisa's ORG-EO1-RIPE, carry ALLOCATED PA, and share a creation timestamp of 15:51:47 UTC on 3 November. The other two parent cards and the /22 complete the receipt.

Now type an address from the /19 into RIPE's ordinary IP lookup. The answer is one of two /20 assignments named NKV-1; together they cover the whole /19. Both still describe Napapiirin Kuituverkot Oy in Rovaniemi and carry fi-neve-1-mnt. Their last changes were on 14 October. The /22 has the same two-level shape: two older /23 assignments, NKV-2 and NKV-NET-1, partition it and retain NKV-era maintainer labels. Those four children account for 9,216 addresses. The /20's sampled ordinary lookups return the new Elisa parent. RIPE's object rules put more-specific assignment records under member management. The old labels are visible records, not a rival transfer receipt.
