CAMIX now names three points of presence, but a third address does not by itself create a third failure domain. The decisive question is whether the two Douala sites and the Yaoundé site have sufficiently independent power, switching, transport and member-access paths for a packet between Cameroonian networks to remain inside the country when any one site fails.
