United Group B.V., the leading telecommunications and media provider in Southeastern Europe, has announced a €1.5 billion deal to sell its Serbian telecom assets. The agreement includes the sale of SBB doo Belgrade, a leading provider of pay-TV, broadband internet, and fixed telephone services, to e& PPF Telecom Group BV.

Additionally, United Group will sell Eon TV International Ltd (the holding company of NetTV Plus) and its sports broadcasting rights for the Western Balkans to Telekom Srbija. These transactions are expected to be completed during the first half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.
