The Royal Science and Technology Park (RSTP) is a dynamic driver of economic growth and innovation in the Kingdom of Eswatini. Established under the vision of His Majesty King Mswati III and enacted through the Royal Science and Technology Park Act of 2012, the RSTP aims to transform Eswatini into a knowledge-based economy. This initiative focuses on harnessing science, technology and innovation to increase economic growth, enhance human capacity and address the socio-economic challenges of the 21st century. By facilitating research, technology transfer and entrepreneurship, the RSTP is not only a hub for technological advancement, but also a foundation for sustainable development and poverty alleviation in the region.

Biotechnology Park: Located in Nokwane with a total area of 159 hectares, it focuses on the development of biotechnology. It includes industrial, residential and multi-purpose areas such as the One Stop Shop service centre and a cultural village, fostering a comprehensive ecosystem for biotech innovation and entrepreneurship.
