Its flagship facility, Songcondvongcondvo Wemaswati House, covers 4 hectares and is designed as a platform for IT R&D, high-tech product manufacturing and marketing. It includes the Advanced School of IT, a business incubator and investor management services. Biotechnology Park: Located in Nokwane with a total area of 159 hectares, it focuses on the development of biotechnology. It includes industrial, residential and multi-purpose areas such as the One Stop Shop service centre and a cultural village, fostering a comprehensive ecosystem for biotech innovation and entrepreneurship.
