On February 12, 2025, at the LEAP global technology conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, stc Group and Bridge Alliance announced an agreement to further strengthen their collaboration. As part of the partnership, stc Group, including its operating companies in Bahrain, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, will become the first MENA operator to join Bridge Alliance’s API Exchange (BAEx).
This partnership will enable stc Group to access a unified platform for telco APIs, significantly reducing complexity and streamlining commercial processes for stc and its enterprise customers. By simplifying the integration of telco APIs, BAEx supports innovation and helps create new business opportunities and revenue streams for stc in various markets.
In addition to telco APIs, stc Group and Bridge Alliance will continue their cooperation in the Internet of Things (IoT) space, including exploring connected car projects in the Middle East and developing smart city infrastructure.
