SETIC-FP is the Ministry of Finance’s ICT service, headquartered in Luanda. Its role is to establish technological norms and standards for Angola’s public finance systems. At FILDA 2025, SETIC-FP showcased the Minfin app , a digital tool designed to simplify and modernise government financial services. The team also led thematic sessions on digital transformation, covering cybersecurity, business intelligence, document dematerialisation, generative AI, and building public-sector tech innovation labs.
