The acquisition includes data centers in Birmingham and Fareham, along with their facilities teams and colocation clients. The Birmingham facility, located at 20 Westwood Avenue in Tyseley, offers approximately 2MW across 25,000 sq ft of white space, with potential for expansion. The Fareham facility, at 18 Brunel Way, provides 3MW across 25,000 sq ft of white space.
