MTN Sudan has embraced LigaData’s sophisticated data analytics and AI platform as a key component in advancing its digital transformation strategy. This innovative platform from LigaData is designed to integrate and analyse subscriber data, creating a comprehensive 360-degree view that supports real-time decision-making. As the fourteenth MTN Operating Company to adopt this cutting-edge solution, MTN Sudan plans to utilise it to enhance network resource optimisation, elevate the customer experience, and introduce advanced mobile money products. Ahmed Mustafa, Chief Information Officer at MTN Sudan, remarked: “Through our strategic alliance with LigaData and the deployment of this new data platform, MTN Sudan is strategically positioned to harness the power of advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence.
