Headline
LARUS has launched its Network Partner Program to simplify IP access, monetise idle infrastructure and deliver geo-ready IPv4 addresses worldwide.
Context
LARUS is the world’s largest IPv4 leasing company, and it serves more than 60 countries and provides over 10 million IP addresses. Speaking at the recent BATIC 2025 event in Bali, the company’s CEO Lu Heng said that IPv4 scarcity has lasted for more than ten years, and traditional procurement takes months and involves complex registry steps. Telecoms and fintech and cloud and e-commerce firms face weaker competitiveness because of these delays, and they also lose opportunities for growth. The Network Partner Program is created to respond to these problems. Lu Heng said that partners can receive IP addresses in less than 24 hours, and this speed allows services to launch without delays caused by registry procedures. LARUS provides addresses that are ready for global databases, and they are recognized as local within weeks, so operators and service providers can focus on expansion because they do not need to wait for long approvals.

This process updates databases and it makes sure that the addresses appear as local to users. Partners receive recurring credits because of their infrastructure and they also have API access to IP resources, and they gain exclusive discounts. Marketing support is also part of the scheme, because LARUS places partner logos in brochures and conferences and campaigns, and this exposure gives regional providers visibility that is hard to achieve alone. End users see the benefits in daily services. Streaming and gaming platforms have less delay, and fintech firms reduce false fraud alerts, and e-commerce sites avoid problems caused by foreign IPs. With geo-ready IPv4 addresses that are accepted as local, platforms such as TikTok and YouTube run more smoothly. These improvements give partners stronger positions in markets where fast and reliable digital services are essential.
