The company has reduced installation charges by more than 50 % and launched promotions that include a free first month for new subscribers. Since beginning operations in 2008, ISOCEL has deployed over 90 km of fibre in Cotonou’s commercial district. It already serves nearly 500 clients and plans to expand to 500 000 homes, backed by €20 million in funding. Its services support both high-speed downloads and secure data transmission.
