Summary

  • ARIN’s 3 November transfer export added 173.214.32.0/19, 8,192 IPv4 addresses, from Krypt Technologies to TensorWave Inc. at 14:24 UTC on 2 November. The source’s original range was a 32,768-address /17.
  • TensorWave’s exact ARIN RDAP was registered at that same second. RIPE NCC RIS saw zero of 322 peers carrying the /19 at 00:00 UTC on 3 November, and zero BGP-state routes at 07:59:51 UTC.

ARIN can change a registrant faster than its files can show the new network role. The 2 November transfer file had 46,031 entries. In the 3 November edition, one new row takes 173.214.32.0–173.214.63.255 from Krypt Technologies to TensorWave Inc., both under ARIN, at 2 November 14:24:00 UTC. That is a /19, or 8,192 IPv4 addresses. The row’s original set is the much larger 173.214.0.0–173.214.127.255, registered in 2009. TensorWave received one quarter of that original range.

The old /17 was already being cut up. The same official transfer file records the first /19 going to NORTH CENTRAL TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE CORPORATION on 16 October and a /20 to Fatbeam, LLC on 29 October. Alongside TensorWave’s /19, those disclosed slices total 20,480 addresses across 17 calendar days. The exact TensorWave RDAP now says TENSO-8, names TensorWave as registrant and timestamps the new /19 at precisely the transfer second.

Registration is ahead of the public route visible to RIPE NCC. Its RIS routing-status snapshot for 3 November 00:00 UTC shows zero of 322 IPv4 peers seeing this /19, with no listed exact origin or more-specific route; the last observed exact /19 dates to 21 May 2023 under AS35908. A separate BGP-state read at 07:59:51 UTC records zero routes for the resource. A subsequent RIS route or dated operating announcement would establish the next step. Today the address holder is identifiable down to the second; the new route is absent from these observations.
