Speaking at the launch, Reunion Insurance Technical Manager Hastings Kapesa rated the facility as a game changer in the insurance industry. “Customers can now buy, renew, upgrade or inquire about Reunion services online. Customers will also be receiving policy certificates online as a PDF copy,” he said. We had to develop a system that is relevant to today’s era and be used as long as one has internet access.
