WISPCORE has more operational substance than a name in a membership roll: a live customer portal sits inside its own announced IPv4 prefix, its autonomous system is visible through a current upstream, and its website exposes working payment and fault-reporting channels. Yet the physical system that turns those facts into broadband in Carabobo remains largely unpictured. Public evidence does not identify its radio bands, active service sectors, tower power, backhaul handoffs, repair hours, spare stock or failure-time capacity. The result is a real network edge whose last-mile resilience cannot yet be priced from outside.
