Community members and proposal authors should be actively involved in the discussions mailing lists.
Like most people who have made their opinions known, I am of the opinion that we continue with these co-chairs, until we are able to have a face-to-face meeting to hold an election.
+1 Fernando.
an appeal has been made against the confirmation of the Co-chairs and it needs to be addressed.

The forwarded June 2019 exchange supports inter-RIR transfers generally without choosing between two drafts. Two near-identical September 2020 posts oppose Comprehensive Scope. The change of emphasis warrants examination, but is not proof of reversing support for an unchanged draft.

Assessment: Insufficient evidence to assess consistency · He challenges a scarcity argument in one proposal and invokes resource availability in the other. This tension merits scrutiny, but different proposals and claims do not by themselves prove contradiction. He does not explain his preference between their rules.
One of the false arguments (in my opinion) made by the author of the IPv4 Inter-RIR Resource Transfers (Comprehensive Scope) proposal, is that new businesses are unable to get IP addresses, which is slowing down the growth of businesses in Africa. If we can have statistics that supports this claim, it will be helpful, as I am not convinced that not having this policy is hindering IP assignments to businesses in our region. I am however not in support of this proposal in its current draft.

Hi all, I am in full support of the Resource Transfer Policy, because it?s time for us, as a community to move forward and stop lagging behind, when compared to the other RIRS (in terms of number of available resources). Allowing the transfer of resources into our region will help with the current efforts of increasing broadband penetration in Africa.
