Context
Aduna —formed by major global operators and Ericsson as the platform based on the CAMARA open-source project—has brought two premier GSIs, Tech Mahindra and Wipro , into its partner ecosystem. As trusted consultants for both telcos and Fortune 500 companies, the partners will assist with integrating key network APIs—such as SIM Swap, Number Verification, Device Location, and Quality-on-Demand—across industries including financial services, manufacturing, logistics, and public sector. Each GSI will play a dual role: supporting Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to onboard at scale and embedding these APIs into enterprise digital workflows via cloud-native, security, and identity platforms. They will also collaborate on developing industry-specific use-case accelerators and ensure global deployment via their managed-services frameworks.

Analysis
Manish Manga l of Tech Mahindra noted the opportunity for telcos to monetise network assets and simplify API deployment, calling the initiative “future-ready, programmable networks”. Meanwhile, Srikumar Rao from Wipro welcomed the chance to blend AI, cloud, and security with real-time telecom intelligence, empowering both CSPs and enterprises. By aligning GSIs capable of bridging enterprise needs with telecom infrastructure, Aduna rapidly surmounts a major barrier to widespread adoption: complexity. Enterprises gain secure access to telecom capabilities embedded in existing systems—no need to customise for each operator. From a commercial viewpoint, the move expands CSPs’ revenue opportunities as they offer programmable, API-driven services to new markets. Sectors such as banking and logistics stand to benefit, implementing stronger identity checks, real-time device data, and improved compliance without invasive integration work.
Key Points
- Tech Mahindra and Wipro join Aduna’s partner ecosystem to integrate harmonised network APIs into enterprise digital ecosystems.
- Collaborations aim to accelerate telecom-to-enterprise onboarding, enhance digital identity services, and support scalable use cases in finance, logistics, public services and beyond.
