Context

The Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre ( RIPE NCC ), in collaboration with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ( ICANN ) and with the support of Inha University in Tashkent, hosted the Internet Measurement Day in Uzbekistan. In order to maintain stable network growth and operation, Internet Measurement Day , now in its fourth year throughout Eastern and Central Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia, focuses on promoting Internet research.
