The Gap, Inc.

The Gap, Inc. is publicly recorded as the sponsoring organisation and registry operator for `.gap` and `.athleta`. It also provides an unusually useful lifecycle case because `.oldnavy`, another brand top-level domain once operated by the company, was terminated and removed from the root. Those records establish a real network-control surface. They do not establish measured availability, private architecture, successful recovery, or customer production outcomes.
