TELECOM-AS-AP looks substantial in an address registry: a Hong Kong organisation, four autonomous-system numbers, twelve portable IPv4 allocations and an IPv6 block. Yet its namesake network has carried no globally visible route since April 2025, while much of the registered address space now travels through other operators. That gap makes any local-connectivity bill a purchase of unverified access, upstream and repair arrangements rather than a service whose resilience can be read from the company name.
