  Public records give Telecentro S.A. a clear internet identity. LACNIC's registration service records AS27747 to the company. PeeringDB lists exchange connections and facilities associated with that autonomous system, including a Telecentro facility in Lomas del Mirador. Telecentro's own data-centre page describes racks, power feeds, standby generators, batteries, cooling and a fibre ring. Argentina's communications regulator has also published an interconnection document and an older customer-service ruling. Together, these records reveal important parts of the network. They still do not prove that every power feed, fibre path, router or recovery process will remain available during a real failure. For a non-specialist, the central lesson is simple: a public identifier can tell us which network we are looking at, while resilience must be demonstrated by the way physical systems are built, operated and tested.
