Mobilicity

Three records from 2015 document a completed acquisition, regulated spectrum-licence transfers and a plan for customer continuity. Together they establish a historical chain of administrative control, but they do not identify the present operator of a network or prove that Mobilicity still controls spectrum, infrastructure, services or customers independently today.
