ICM Registry LLC looks like a small registry operator, but the paid unit it sells is more complicated than a name in a database. A restricted-domain registration or renewal in its adult-themed namespace has to cover technical continuity, ICANN contract duties, eligibility checks, abuse handling, registrar margins, rights-protection demand and the reputational cost that makes many customers pay for a name they may never actively use.
