G42 is becoming one of the clearest tests of whether sovereign AI can be sold as an operating capability rather than a political slogan. Its partnerships, cloud platforms, data center buildout, health and public-sector reach, and regulated-compute commitments give it a serious claim on the market, but the value is proved only when a sensitive workload reaches a running state with an auditable data boundary, clear control of infrastructure, secure partner access, accountable use of models, and costs that still make sense after supervision, integration, review, maintenance, and rollback are counted.
